Ruby's Ransom wants you to be completely happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund your money (in the same manner in which you paid), as quickly as possible. Please see Return Policy.
We will be glad to exchange an item for a like item.
Please keep in mind that our jewelry is handmade, and we cannot guarantee that every piece will reflect exactly what is shown in the photo. These are mixtures of clays and they perform differently every time they are worked with. Colors may vary slightly.

All packages are shipped after credit card approval.
Packing
Every piece of our jewelry is enclosed in a beautiful silk bag with closure. Larger Accessories are wrapped in tissue and bubble paper. We are happy to gift wrap your purchases at no charge to you. We would be glad to enclose a personal message on a white gift card.
Our Return Policy
1. Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon receipt signing the
delivery manifest. If your package should arrive damaged or defective, please notify the carrier for inspection. If we made a shipping error, please notify us (by email) within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will give you easy instructions on how to proceed.
2. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund minus shipping costs.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition (unused) in order to receive a full refund.
4. Ruby's Ransom is not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return process. We recommend that the return shipment be insured and traceable.
